Recruiting and application messages

If you separately opt in, RS Freight Solutions LLC may send conversational or informational text messages about your application, recruiting process, and application status.

Promotional driver-opportunity messages

If you provide separate promotional SMS consent, RS Freight Solutions LLC may send text messages about future driver openings, recruiting opportunities, and related offers. Promotional consent is separate from consent to receive messages about a current application.

Operations and dispatch communications

Active drivers may receive separate business communications from operations or dispatch based on consent obtained through direct conversation, onboarding, or the ongoing business relationship. The website recruiting checkboxes do not replace that separate process.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the type of messages you agreed to receive. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a message. After you opt out, you may receive a final confirmation message and no additional messages will be sent under that program unless you opt in again.
